MMS-202C/D或MMS-203C/D组成手拉手会议系统。 
系统声音清晰，具有啸叫抑制功能，智能化先进先出功能，主机可以连接60个单元，扩展后可容纳120个单元。 
三种发言控制模式：自由模式、限制模式和声音先进先出功能。 
具备多路音频输入输出接口、会议录音接口、手持话筒插口。 
主席单元配有优先发言键，通过其取缔键可关闭代表单元的发言。 
单一指向性电容话筒，带红色发言指示光环。 
话筒发言状态指示：红灯-正在发言；绿灯-申请发言。 
话筒单元自带2M连接电缆。 
MMS-201C/D和MMS-203C/D为台面式话筒， 
MMS-202C/D为嵌入式话筒。
